On this episode of the Gap, Tammy and Althea start with a news roundup for the week. We follow up on the Oregon Department of Justice investigation of the Center for COVID Control, a for-profit coronavirus testing site whose results have been called into question. Then, we see the Newberg School Board Recall of two of the critical board members who passed the ban on Pride flags and Black Lives Matter flags. The Board members seem poised to pull through their recall vote, but it won't be the end of legal woes for the Newberg School District.

Finally in the news roundup, Althea gets to geek out about the charter review process, and a survey run by the Coalition of Communities of Color. Portland City government is uniquely weird and this is the time to change it! See the resources below.

Then, we as, our listeners about unspoken communication - what aspects are they tuned in to? Love languages, attachment styles, eye contact and more.

Thanks for listening!
