Many items we offer during the membership drives are not in-stock at KBOO, but must be ordered once we catch up with all the data entry. If everything goes smoothly, ordered items arrive within 2 weeks, at which point we begin sending them out to those donors who have paid their pledge.
Yes, we require that people pay pledges to receive their thank you gift. Feel free to contact me if you have questions. I will also be out the last week in October and first week in November, so nothing will happen then, inclouding responding to your email inquiry. I'll begin playing catch up again on November 10.
