Homeless vigil perserves; Mayor hints at new solutions

The vigil to end homelessness has maintained a TWENTY-FOUR seven presence outside of Portland city hall for over eight months.
The Portland Police are steadily making life less pleasant for protestors and their numbers have sunk.
KBOO’s Joe Meyer was at city hall earlier today and filed this report.
