NOTE: News & Public Affairs Fund [#16]. Personnel committee stated that the fund was dismantled, possibly in late 1996, in response to new underwriting guidelines. Recommendation to review minutes, and talk to Justin Miller about the dates and actions. Also recommend that policy #19, section V be appropriately amended.
