Positively Revolting on 07/06/12
Two Portland women, activist Kari Koch, and sociology professor Dr. Kim Smith both attended the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development in Rio de Janeiro last month .... they worked separately while they were there, but we'll have them both live in studio to talk about the adventures at the summit and the notion of the possibility sustainable growth. Do countries with an agenda of sustainability stand a chance up against the monolith of capitalism devouring nature? Will change come from national leaders or the grass roots. Join us in what is sure to be a lively conversation.
