57. Financial Compensation to Board Members
FINANCIAL COMPENSATION TO BOARD MEMBERS
Board members will receive no compensation except for reimbursement of expenses. Short-term emergencies, both unanticipated and non-repetitive, may require brief contract hires of board members, which will not continue beyond ninety days.
