54. Comment on Private Personnel Matters
COMMENT ON PRIVATE PERSONNEL MATTERS
No member of the Board of Directors shall use KBOO's air to comment on private personnel matters. Violation of this policy is considered a severe breach of a Board Member's legal responsibilities toward the Corporation. Any Board Member found by the Board to have violated this policy will be expected to resign immediately.
