Meditation and Support Group
A creative meditation and support group, led by Simon Menasche is meeting Thursday evenings at 7:45pm. He draws from many sources and welcomes brand-new and experienced meditators alike. In a comfortable setting, we employ various mindfulness practices, such as breathing-awareness, mantra, movement, guided contemplations and spontaneous practices based on the needs of the moment. An important part of the evening is the nourishing conversation about our experiences and difficulties. There is no charge.
