Madrid train bombing
--Tom Nelson, human rights activist and co-counsel for Al-Haramain Islamic
Foundation, Inc. and two of its lawyers in a warrantless wiretapping
lawsuit against the federal government
--Ashlee Albies, Chair of the Portland Chapter of the National Lawyers
Guild, co-counsel on the Al-Haramain case, and co-counsel for the Center
for Constitutional Rights in a similar challenge to the government's
warrantless wiretapping program.
--Sam Kauffman, an attorney representing two Guantanamo detainees who have
been imprisoned for five years without charges
