Join Innovative Changes for a series of Financial Household Stability workshops, held on the 3rd Floor at Lloyd Center Mall in Suite 2011 in Portland.   These workshops will be can be taken individually, or as a series.  Day 1 will be held on Saturday, April 16, starting with Making Ends Meet, from 10am-12pm and then, Budgeting and Saving, from 12:30pm-2:30pm.  Day 2 will be held on Saturday, April 23.  Topics will be Hands-On Banking, and Building, Repairing and Protecting Credit.  These classes offered for a small fee, but fee waivers available for those who qualify. To reserve your spot NOW, or learn more about the classes call 503-943-5620 or visit innovativechanges.org

The SHINE Program at Barnes Elementary School will host a free 6 week hands-on Operation Frontline® class this spring!  You’ll learn how to: Make the most of your food resources, cook nutritious, delicious food, shop defensively at the grocery store, work with foods you’ve never used before, and learn recipes from chef.   Classes will be held at 13730 SW Walker Road in Beaverton, Mondays, from 6:00-8:00pm  Clases start April 4, 11, 18, 25 and May 2 and 9.  To register, call  503-407-3044.
