A follow up on a panel discussion regarding: Racial/Economic Justice and the Fight for Equality in Labor

Join host Tina Turner-Morfitt a member of  American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Dr. Audrey Terrell United an Auto Worker retiree and Deborah Hall a member of American Federation of Teachers.

The primary guest is Andrea Lemoins, currently  the Coalition  Organizer for Jobs  with  Justice  in  Portland.  Sister Lemoins  is a former Policy  Analyst and Organizer with the Restaurant Opportunities Centers  United.  She is a native of Louisiana and moved to Oregon in 2012. She has spent a lifetime of fighting against racism, sexism, sex harassment and wage theft and is a graduate from the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a degree in  Baking and Pastry. 

Tonight's topic  will highlight on an American  Association of University  Professors panel  discussion regarding, "The Movement for Black Lives in Labor". The panel was held on held on  July  22, 2016    at Portland State University during  the AAUP Summer  Institute.
