The Grassroots Radio Conference 13 was held July 24th - 27th in Portland, Oregon - with registration and reception open on Thursday, July 24th.
It was held in Portland's lively, modern downtown, on the campus of Portland State University. Most conference events took place at the Native American Student and Community Center, at the intersection of S.W. Broadway and Jackson Street, at the south end of downtown. Some workshops were held in adjacent campus buildings.
