Formerly Incarcerated & Convicted People's Movement Conference

Host Adam Carpinelli interviews Dorsey Nunn, Executive Director of Legal Services for Prisoners with Children based in the Bay Area. Nunn will speak about organizing for the Oakland conference held September 20-21, 2015. The conference will bring together formerly incarcerated and convicted people, families, community leaders, elected officials and government employees to strengthen relationships and work towards making change. Policy recommendations will be made as well as various panels on housing, educations, employment and family.
