The Grateful Dead play Texas, November 1972
The Grateful Dead have officially released dozens of shows spanning most of their career. While exceptional, these released concerts do not exist in isolation from those proximate to them. Given this, I have often presented (portions of) shows very close in time to an official release, and this month I'll continue this theme.
The shows from November 17 and 18 in 1972 are two such releases, but the 19th is another great show, as are those from the following week. And that's what I'll play on today's show.
