Oregon's ever-growing budget deficit requires cuts across the state.  Finding ways to stretch dollars as much as possible is necessary for state leaders, but unfortunatly it shows.  When looking at Oregon's bridges and roads it's hard to ignore the fact that they will continue to deteriorate, regardless of how little money the state has to fix them.
