Suspensions and expulsions of students is increasing, in Portland Public Schools and across the nation. Children of color are disproportionately disciplined and pushed out of school. 

Sheila Warren of the Portland Parent Union tells KBOO reporter Jamie Partridge about upcoming actions and recent local victories in the struggle to keep our kids in school.
