Today was an historic day on several fronts.  Don't Ask, Don't Tell is now officially history. Also, for the first time ever, Out Loud Radio left the cozy confines of KBOO's studios to do a live broadcast from Portland's Q Center.   Join host host Rebecca Nay and members of Portland's LGBT community to celebrate the end of the U.S. military's ban on out lesbian, gay, bisexual (and transgender??) servicemembers.
