Public hearing for the Blue Cross/Blue Shield request for an average 22% increase in premium payments for individual policy holders with be held tomorrow.  The hearing will take place at The University Place on Portland State University Campus.  For more on this rate hike, KBOO reporter AJ Dingman spoke with Margaret Butler, the Executive Director of the non-profit group, Jobs with Justice.
