Activism has consequences.  The peace and anti-nukes movements of the '50s and beyond were the major reason nuclear weapons were never used in war after  1945, according to historian Lawrence Wittner.  In this interview, he talks with Clayton Morgareidge about his research showing the surprising influence of peace activism on governments.
