New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has generated some controversies with his remarks on wheelchair accessible taxi cabs. Mayor Bloomberg has resisted recent attempts to make more handicapped-accessible taxis available in the city, disputing their cost and practicality.

KBOO reported Zeke Harrington spoke with Jim Weisman, Senior Vice President and General Counsel to the United Spinal Association and the National Spinal Cord Injury Association.
