Hourly workers in Oregon will receive a little bit of a new year’s bonus, as the minimum wage increases to eight dollars and eighty cents an hour starting January 1. Since 2002, the state of Oregon has been required to revisit the minimum wage annually and adjust it to keep up with inflation.
