Beaverton    lawyer Brandon Mayfield continued his case against the Patriot Act in a federal court in Portland today.
Mayfield was wrongly accused of involvement in the Madrid train bombings of 2004.  Federal agents used the Patriot Act to enter Mayfield’s home without a warrant.
KBOO’s Linda Olson-Osterlund was at the federal courthouse today, where attorneys Gerry Spence and Eldon Rosenthal spoke, along with their client, Mayfield.
