City officials launched a two year Eighteen Million dollar scheme to improve traffic flow in the East Burnside area.

The scheme will see traffic become one way, eastbound on East Burnside between Northeast 3rd Avenue and Northeast 14th Avenue with a corresponding westbound section on Couch Street.
