A small Eugene-based non-profit group may succeed in getting a top Bush administration put in jail tomorrow.

The group, Forest Service Employees for Environmental Ethics, sued the Forest Service two years ago for violating the law.

They won that lawsuit, but the Forest Service has not complied with the court's ruling.

A Montana judge announced last week that he might jail Mark Rey, the U-S Undersecretary of Agriculture, for his refusal to comply.
