Since June, the population of Cedar Rapids Iowa has been trying to deal with the largest flood in 500 years.

There, as in Mississippi and Louisiana in 2005, a network of volunteers affiliated with the Rainbow Family of Living Light have built outdoor kitchens to provide fresh meals to survivors and supporters.
