A tough race is heating up in Washington for the seat of Congressman Brian Baird.After Baird announced that he would not seek re-election this year, six candidates quickly put their names in the running. KBOO spoke with Brian Baird today about his position on the Israel-Palestine conflict, which has been the main issue in which he has differed from the Democratic leadership in Congress:
