The Oregon State Bar has issued a month-long suspension to environmental attorney Brent Foster, formerly an aide to Oregon Attorney General John Kroger. Foster resigned as Kroger’s aide this spring over his involvement with a pollution case against Hood River Juice. At the time of his resignation, he admitted to lying about taking a water quality sample to support prosecution of the company’s owner.
Foster granted an exclusive interview to KBOO’s Air Cascadia host Chris Andrae earlier today.
