Affordable Housing Builders Break their Deal?

Due to a report from city Auditor Gary Blackmer last week the city's program to spur affordable housing development has been called into question.
Tax breaks, or tax abatements, have been given to developers who are promising to build affordable housing. The audit, which looked at eleven of these abatements, shows that developers are not following through on the deal.

KBOO's Michael Ianello spoke with audit director Drummond Kahn about the audit and the city's plans for future over sight.
