KBOO reporter David Rosenfeld was there and filed this report.
KBOO reporter David Rosenfeld speaks with Dr. Don Thieman, a former medical director of Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon. Thieman is now a medical director for CareOregon, which administers the Oregon Health Plan.
