Thanks
Utah Phillips segment of June 18th show...
Hello,
I was wondering if there is a CD reference for Paul Kamm & Eleanore MacDonald's version of "Ship's Gonna Sail"? I do not see it listed in the discography of their website, nor on Don Jacobson's playlist...
Thank you,
Kathy
trying to find a song played
Hello;
My name is Faith Thompson and I was listening to your show this morning 7/2/08 between 6:30 am and 7:00 am and heard just the end of a song. I am trying to find that song!
The words I heard where "Lord I'm free of pain, lord I'm free of ...." very blusey, folky type of guitar playing.
Can you help me?
Faith Thompson
Trying to find a song...
It was probably:
Kane/Welsh/Kaplin: "No One Told Me" KANE/WELCH/KAPLIN [Compass]

Trying to find a song from the 5/20/09 Playlist
Hi:
I was listening on Wednesday 5/20/09 and heard a song around 5:45 a.m. I didn't catch the name of the song or the artist. The song was fantastic. Sounded like a traditional song arranged. The song had female vocals, and acoustic guitar. The main lyrics that I recall were something along the lines of, "...broke down and lonesome...., broke down love....". Any thoughts on who the artist or what the song may be?
Thanks,
Luke
